Mushroom Chicken Noodles

: 5 people

Ingredients:

Saute chicken mushroom:
1 / 2 chicken
500 cc water
3 cloves garlic, minced
75 grams of mushrooms, cleaned, cut into 2
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
50 cc chicken broth

Wet noodle:
2 quarts water
500 grams of a wet noodle
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon
soy sauce

Method:
Saute chicken mushroom: boil water, put the chicken, boil until chicken is tender, then liftthe chicken, drain, take the meat and cut into dice-shaped pieces. Use chicken broth to cook the chicken broth.Saute garlic in sesame oil until golden, then enter the chicken, stirring until the color changes.Add the fish sauce, salt, and pepper, stir well.Add the chicken broth, stir well, cook until slightly thickened, then remove from heat,divide into 5 sections, set aside.Wet noodles: boil water and add a wet noodle, stir with chopsticks and boil until cooked.Once cooked, discard the water, drain, then add sesame oil and soy sauce, stir well, divided into 5 parts.Place each of the noodles in a bowl, then pour over it with a chicken stir-fry themushrooms.Usually served together with Meatballs Boiled Beef and dumplings.
