Fried Rice Cheese Recipe



Material:
2 tablespoons margarine
2 cloves garlic, crushed, finely chopped
50 g onion, finely chopped
100 g chicken, cut into small dice

1 leek, cut into 1 cm
200 g carrots, diced 1 cm, boiled briefly
1 / 2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
300 g rice 100 g Cheddar cheese,
grated

Method:
Heat the margarine until melted. Add the garlic and onion, stirring until wilted andfragrant.
Enter the chicken and scallions. Stir until the chicken meat stiff.
Add the carrots, pepper, salt, soy sauce, and rice. Stir until well blended and slightly dry.
Lift. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Serve warm.
